We enjoyed a walk at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

A Double-crested Cormorant landed in the slough near the Heronry.

Beavers were seen.

A female Common Merganser floated past.

A Canada Goose has a nest we can see from a distance.

Great Blue Herons were hunting for food and sticks near the Heronry.

A female Mallard was seen on a snag, far above the water, while other Mallards were seen nearby.

A very large flock of Swallows was seen along the road past the Heronry.
