We took our usual walk at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

We watched the Beavers for awhile.
A little Muskrat was seen enjoying a mid-morning snack.
Red-winged Blackbirds were displaying for mates.
A flock of Cackling Geese was seen in the farm field.
Canada Geese were seen on several snags.
The resident Bald Eagle landed near the Heronry.
The Great Blue Herons were gathering sticks for their nests at the Heronry.
The Ospreys are working hard at building up their nest.
White-crowned Sparrows were seen in a couple of spots.
Wood Ducks were seen as usual.
Many male Common Yellowthroats sang all along the trails.

We enjoyed seeing Terry with Bogie, Charlie with Jack, Casey with Ula, Frank, Krista, as well as Bill S. on the trails.
