We enjoyed our usual walk at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

Black-capped Chickadees are a resident at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve.
Wood Ducks are usually seen. There were some very young ducklings seen as well.
A Yellow Warbler was seen for a moment.
A Belted Kingfisher landed across the slough near the heronry.
Several River Otters were seen near the Main Bridge. They were enjoying each other’s company and a lot of Crayfish.
We found a Green Heron while driving along the road near the Salwein Creek loop. After getting a few photos, we left it to continue preening.

It was nice to see Charlie with Jack, Terry with Bogie, as well as Kathy with Tula on the trails.
