We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
Quite a few Fox Sparrows were seen in several locations.
Song Sparrows were quite upset to have the Fox Sparrows in their area.
White-crowned Sparrows were also seen.
A Varied Thrush was seen in the distance near the Heronry.
From the Main Bridge, we could see a Green Heron in the distance.
The leaves in the forests were beautiful.
A female Belted Kingfisher was seen.
Wood Ducks, Mallards, Gadwalls and Green-winged Teal were seen in many different locations.
Male and female Northern Shovelers were seen in the slough.

We enjoyed talking to Alyson with Chesney, Charlie with Jack, Janet, Hazel, Karen and Ann doing a bird count for the Great Blue Heron Nature Society, Randy with Chesney, Brenda with Finnegan, Michelle with Lacy, Elan with Lady, Kristen, as well as Warner during our walks. We also enjoyed talking to Valerie, Dick, Camille and Linda in the Rotary Interpretive Centre Gift Shop.
