Vedder River

Our walk along the Rotary Trail near the Vedder River was enjoyable today.

Several Great Blue Herons were seen along the way.

Bald Eagles looked down at people and their dogs while they waited their turn at the fish on the water’s edge.

Bald Eagles jockeyed for the right to eat the fish lying on the gravel bars.

One young Bald Eagle grabbed a stick after getting chased from its meal.
