We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
Trumpeter Swans visit the lagoons when the surrounding fields are covered in snow. A Beaver swam past them while we were watching.

A few Common Mergansers were seen.
Double-crested Cormorants were seen as usual.
An immature Bald Eagle was seen perched near one of the resident Bald Eagles.
Dark-eyed Juncos were seen along the way.
Pileated Woodpeckers were seen as well.
Song Sparrows were seen in a few locations.
Spotted Towhees are usually seen at this time of year.
