February 11th & 12th 2018

We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

Dark-eyed Juncos were seen in a few areas.

Ring-necked Ducks paddled along the water.

American Robins were seen in a few areas.

Trumpeter Swans flew past on their way to farm fields.

Anna’s Hummingbirds were seen as well.

Hooded Mergansers were seen near the Heronry.

Double-crested Cormorants were seen as usual.

A Hairy Woodpecker was seen.

Buffleheads were seen as well.

House Finches were seen in Blackberries.

We enjoyed seeing Charlie with Jack, Cathy with Tula, Randy with Chesney, Reg and Neal, Cameron and Lincoln, Sue and Ulla, Fred, Camille, Sue, Ann, as well as Liz and Gordon with Boomer on the trails.
