March 15th & 16th 2018

We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

There was an early morning mist rising from the East Bird Blind when we arrived.

The resident Bald Eagle was calling to its mate.

Great Blue Herons were busy at the Heronry and nearby.

We saw a male American Kestrel.

A River Otter was seen while we were walking along a trail.

American Robins were seen in many locations.

American Wigeon were seen in a few areas.

March 15 Clear 33F (.5C) Afternoon 57.6F (14.2C)
March 16 Clear 35F (1.6C) Afternoon 69.3F (20.7C)

We enjoyed talking to Charlie with Jack, Elan with Lady, Alyson with Chesney, Frank and David as well as Leona on the trails.
