We enjoyed our usual walk at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
A little male Downy Woodpecker foraged for a meal in the Salwien Creek forest.
Many Eurasian Collared-Doves were seen this morning.
Golden-crowned Sparrows were seen near the parking lot.
Red-winged Blackbirds were seen and heard.
A few Fox Sparrows were seen in several locations.
Gadwalls were seen in a couple of spots.
A Common Goldeneye was seen.
Great Blue Herons were seen in the farm field and at the Heronry.
Mallards were seen in several locations.
Ring-necked Ducks were seen in a few spots.
Spotted Towhees were seen.
A juvenile White-crowned Sparrow was seen near the Rotary Interpretive Centre.
Salmonberries are starting to bloom.
Song Sparrows were seen in several spots.

We enjoy seeing Charlie with Jack, Terry with Bogie, Kathy with Tula and Rona, Liz and Gordon with Boomer, Alyson with Chesney as well as Jean on the trails.
