We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
Common Mergansers were still pair bonding in the slough near the Heronry.
A Double-crested Cormorant was seen at the far end of the road past the Heronry.
Canada Geese were seen in several areas.
Great Blue Herons were actively working at the Heronry.
A Killdeer was seen on the farm filed.
Mallards were seen in many areas.
A male and female Northern Shoveler paddled together.
Tree Swallows were seen in a few areas.
Wood Ducks were seen in the water and trees.

We always enjoy seeing Charlie with Jack, Terry with Bogie, Chris with Shasta, Kara with Toffee, Alyson with Chesney, Deb, Fred, Doug, Paulina, Fernando and Kevin monitoring the Great Blue Heron Colony, Louise as well as the Probus Club out for a morning walk.
