We enjoyed our usual walk at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

A young Coyote sat at the edge of the slough, barking and howling in hopes of contacting his pack.

Click below to see video of the Coyote.

Young Wood Ducks paddled in the water nearby.

Tree Swallows had fledglings waiting to be fed.

Male Common Yellowthroats were seen in many areas.

A Beaver floated past with a piece of moss on its back.

A flock of tiny Bushtits were seen along the way.

The young American Kestrels are able to fly now and found new perches to receive food.
