Sardis Park

We took a couple of walks at Sardis Park this month.

Cackling Geese are a tiny goose related to the Canada Goose. They overwinter in our area.

Northern Pintails were seen.

Several Turtles, including a Painted Turtle, were seen.

A Belted Kingfisher was seen as well.

We also like to get photos of the leucistic Northwestern Crow.

We had a nice visit with Gord VonHollen during our walk on the 17th.
