We enjoyed our usual walk at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

Beavers were very active this morning.

A Cooper’s Hawk paused in a tree while calling to its mate.

A Coyote wandered along the road in the distance.

The resident Bald Eagle gathered nesting material.

A Pileated Woodpecker was seen in the distance.

Wood Ducks and ducklings were seen in several locations.

Canada Goose goslings were being watched over by the adults.

Great Blue Herons were tending to chicks and looking for food for the chicks.

A male Common Yellowthroat gathered insects for nestlings.

It was nice to see Charlie with Jack, Terry with Bogie, Denise with Summer, John with Leo, Neal, William and Connie, Frank and Corrie, Melisa and Rob with Bosley, Jock with Hunter, Alyson with Chesney during our walk.
