We enjoyed our usual walk at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

Red-winged Blackbirds were looking after demanding fledglings.

A Beaver was seen along the way.

Fledgling Great Blue Herons were seen enjoying their newly found world.

Mallards paddled past in a well ordered row until one of them had an altercation with another.

American Robin fledglings were seen in a few spots.

Wood Ducks were seen as usual.

Two Belted Kingfishers were seen on overhead wires in the distance.

Common Yellowthroats were seen along the way.

It was nice to see Charlie with Jack, Terry with Bogie during our walk.
