We enjoyed our usual walk at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

Clematis are pretty at the lower parking lot fence.

Northern Flickers with juveniles were seen near the entrance gate.

Nearby, a young Northwestern Crow was being preened by an adult.

A Common Raven perched nearby.

A Beaver paddled along the slough.

Soon after, a Pied-billed Grebe was seen.

A Willow Flycatcher was seen near the marsh area after the Heronry.

Eastern Kingbirds were seen nearby.

A Western Wood-Pewee was seen near the Rotary Interpretive Centre.

Young Song Sparrows were seen in many areas.

Spotted Towhees were seen in a few areas.

European Starlings were seen as usual.

We took a walk along the Lickman Dike Road.

Savannah Sparrows were seen as usual.

A few White-crowned Sparrows were also seen.

It was nice to see Charlie with Jack, Terry with Bogie, Denise with Summer, Tove with Benji, Melinda and Rob with Bosley, Caroline with Molly and Mocha, Warner during our walk.
