We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
A Beaver wandered on the shoreline of the slough one morning and was seen in the slough on another morning. One morning we were fortunate to see two Beavers.

Great Blue Herons were seen as usual.
Solitary Sandpipers were seen as well.
Pied-billed Grebes are usually seen at this time of year.
Two Pileated Woodpeckers were seen near the Discovery Centre.
A Red-eyed Vireo was seen near the entrance gate.
Black-headed Grosbeaks were seen near the Rotary Interpretive Centre feeders.
An Anna’s Hummingbird was seen nearby.

It was nice to see Charlie with Jack and Bogie, Elsie with Blue, Neal, John with Leo, Denise with Summer, Tove with Benji, Frank, Alyson and Randy with Chesney, Leona and Werner, Rob with Bosley during our walks.
