September 1st to 3rd 2019
We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
A Beaver was seen near the Heronry.
A Downy Woodpecker was seen nearby.
A Great Blue Heron fished in the slough.
Lincoln’s Sparrows were seen in a few areas.
Mallards were seen as usual.
A few Northern Shovelers were seen in the slough as well.
A bit further on a Common Yellowthroat was seen.
A Yellow-rumped Warbler and Warbling Vireo were also seen in the same area.
Wood Ducks were also seen and are now in their winter finery.

It was nice to see Charlie with Jack, Terry with Bogie, Christa, Ed K., Deb, Lucy with Blondie and Leroy, Denise with Summer, Tove with Benji, Connie and William, Liz and Gordon with Boomer, Helmut, Neal, Melinda with Bosley, Liz and Gordon with Boomer, Helmut during our walks.
