We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
A Beaver was seen on two walks.
Black-headed Grosbeaks were seen eating Elderberries in the distance.
Fledgling Red-winged Blackbirds were seen begging for food one day. A male Red-winged Blackbird was singing on another day.
A young “Coydog” (hybrid Coyote and domestic dog) was seen running across a farm field and trail.
The resident Bald Eagles were seen as usual.
Eastern Kingbirds have returned.
A male Belted Kingfisher was successful at fishing.
A River Otter was seen watching us.
Cottontail Rabbits, both adult and tiny kits were seen along the trails.
American Robins were seen in many areas.
Cedar Waxwings were seen both days.
Willow Flycatchers were seen both days.
Wood Ducks are always seen, they are starting to moult.

We practiced social distancing from Charlie with Jack, Terry with Bogie, Alyson and Randy with Chesney, Melinda and Rob with Bosley, Leona, Helmut during our walks.
