We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
A Beaver was seen in one of the channels off the Slough.
Downy Woodpeckers were seen.
A few Willow Flycatchers were seen. One was posing in an Elderberry full of ripe berries.
Mallards are starting to get their winter plumage.
Northern Rough-winged Swallows were seen near the Main Bridge.
A Western Tiger Swallowtail Butterfly enjoyed the nectar of Mock Orange flowers.
Wood Ducks were seen as usual.
Common Yellowthroats and their constant compaion fledglings were seen.

We practiced social distancing with Charlie with Jack, Terry with Bogie, Alyson and Randy with Chesney, Ed F., Dave and Dots during our walk.
