We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
We saw a Beaver grooming one day.
Female Common Mergansers are waiting for young to hop out of their nests.
A Cooper’s Hawk was seen perched on a snag.
The resident Bald Eagles were busy. One of the Heronry resident Bald Eagles was adding a large swatch of grass to its nest.
One of the Marsh resident Bald Eagles was being chased by a Northwestern Crow.
The Northern Flickers take turns at their nest.
Mallards were seen as usual.
Wood Ducks were seen in many locations.
A Yellow-rumped Warbler was seen in the distance.
The female Common Yellowthroat was still gathering nesting materials. The male Common Yellowthroat was nearby.
