We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
We were happy to see some Beavers both days.

Black-headed Grosbeaks were seen in several areas.
Female Common Mergansers were seen calling to young in nests.
It was the female Northern Flicker’s turn for nest duty.
More than one Canada Goose caught our attention on both days.
Great Blue Herons are seen every day.
A few Orange-crowned Warblers were seen one day.
American Robins were seen in a few locations.
Tree Swallows are still guarding nests.
Wood Ducks are easily seen at this time of year.
Male Common Yellowthroats were singing and female Common Yellowthroats were seen.

We practiced social distancing from Charlie with Jack, Terry with Bogey, Audrey, Lisa, Mark, Tom and Bill, Werner, Neal, Liz and Gordon with Boomer, Al with Dually, Deb and Dave, Alyson and Randy with Chesney, Doug and Katie from Greendale Herb and Vine during our walks.
