We enjoyed our usual walk at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
A Beaver was having a snack at the edge of the shoreline.
A mixed flock of Blue-winged Teal and Lesser Scaup with enjoying a peaceful time together on the North Lagoon. One male Mallard skipped across the water behind them without disturbing them.

Two young very immature Bald Eagles were seen near the entrance.
Great Blue Herons were sitting on their nests.
A Purple Finch was seen perched high above our heads.
Cottontail Rabbits were seen in many spots.
A female Wood Duck was taking her new ducklings for a swim.
A few male Common Yellowthroats are usually seen or heard.
