We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
Common Merganser ducklings were seen on the lagoon.
Black-headed Grosbeaks were seen near the Rotary Interpretive Centre.
Brown-headed Cowbirds were seen along the trail.
One of the resident Bald Eagles was seen near the Heronry.
Willow Flycatchers were seen in many spots.
American Goldfinches brought a bright spot of colour to the walks.
Young Belted Kingfishers were seen in a few areas chasing after adults.
An Orange-crowned Warbler was a nice surprise.
Fledgling Barn Swallows were waiting to be fed by adults.
Tree Swallows had young to attend to as well.
Cedar Waxwings were feeding on Saskatoon berries.
A few fledglings were chasing after adult White-crowned Sparrows.
Wood Ducks are in their summer plumage.
Common Yellowthroats were pretty and perky as usual.

We practiced social distancing from Charlie with Jack, Terry and Jamie, Alyson and Randy with Chesney, Leona and Werner, Abby, Micah, Leona, Rick S. during our walks.
