We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.
A Canvasback was a nice surprise for us at the South Lagoon. There were several Mallards as usual and Wood Ducks as well.
Buffleheads are here for the winter.
American Coots are visiting at the moment.
Fox Sparrows were seen in a few areas.
A few Canada Geese were in the slough.
A few Pied-billed Grebes were seen in different spots.
Ring-necked Ducks spend the winter here.
A male Hooded Merganser was seen in the distance.
Anna’s Hummingbirds were seen near the Rotary Interpretive Centre feeders.
American Wigeon spend the winter here as well.

We practiced social distancing from Charlie with Jack, Terry with Bogey, Mick with Roscoe, Jenny and Bill, Werner, Alyson with Chesney, Beverly with Sampson and Mogli during our walks.
