September 17th to 19th 2021

We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

We were lucky to see a Beaver during one of our walks.

A little Muskrat towed a large tuft of grass into the Beaver’s lodge.

Golden-crowned Sparrows were seen.

Canada Geese were seen.

Great Blue Herons were seen in a few areas.

Anna’s Hummingbirds were seen as well.

Lincoln’s Sparrows were seen.

Mallards and Green-winged Teal were seen.

Song Sparrows are usually seen.

Adult and Immature White-crowned Sparrows were seen.

Wood Ducks are usually seen until the water freezes.

We practiced social distancing from Charlie with Jack and Bogey, Leona and Werner, Alyson and Randy with Chesney, Ron with Ginni, Melinda and Rob with Bosley, Maryanne with Lula, Tina with Disney and "Pork n Beans", Linda, Elsie with Blue, Leona during our walks.
