June 9th & 10th 2022

We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

A Common Merganser duckling was rushing under the main bridge to catch up to its mother.

Northern Flickers were seen.

Willow Flycatchers were seen along the trails.

Great Blue Herons were seen fishing.

A little male Rufous Hummingbird was at its territory.

The Yellow-breasted Chat was seen in the distance.

American Robins were seen in many areas.

Cedar Waxwings are always fun to see.

A White-crowned Sparrow was seen along the trail.

Common Yellowthroats were seen in many spots.

We practiced social distancing from Charlie with Jack, Terry with Bogey, Ron with Ginni, Michelle, Lindsey with Riley, Cher with Bower, Beverly and Craig with Mogli and Sampson, Randy with Chesney, Christa, Lynn during our walks.
