August 15th to 31st 2022

We enjoyed our usual walks at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

Beavers were seen during most of our walks.

Great Blue Herons were seen fishing.

A young Northern Flicker was seen.

Anna’s Hummingbirds were seen near the Rotary Interpretive Centre feeders.

We were happy to find two Eastern Kingbirds near the South Lagoon.

American Wigeons were seen on the lagoons.

A Warbling Vireo was seen momentarily.

Wood Ducks were seen in many places.

American Robins were seen in many areas.

A Gray Squirrel was seen eating some leftovers on a picnic table.

Cottontail Rabbits were enjoying the sun.
