We enjoyed our usual walk at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

We saw a Beaver grooming itself as we walked past.

The Great Blue Herons were at the Heronry.

Black-capped Chickadees were singing.

Common Mergansers were seen.

House Finches were seen along the way.

Dark-eyed Juncos were seen in many areas.

Pied-billed Grebes were also seen.

A female Bufflehead was seen from the East Bird Blind.

American Robins were seen in a few spots.

A Scaup happily devoured a freshwater Clam, while another watched.

Wilson’s Snipes were preening and bobbing at the East Bird Blind.

Green-winged Teals were seen in many areas.

A juvenile White-crowned Sparrows was seen at the Rotary Interpretive Centre feeders.

Wood Ducks were seen in many areas.
